I don’t own a Michelin rated restaurant or a fancy cafe. I certainly don’t know the difference between an Allemande sauce and a Velouté one. I am no Chef de Cuisine with the perfect Crème Brûlée.

 

But I do love cooking. I do it in the luxury of my home and I do it listening to music. This space is about my experiences as a person who simply enjoys the art.
